This page is for attorneys, lenders and realtors of prospective homeowners to The Cove. This is intended to proactively answer many common questions that may arise regarding home purchases in our neighborhood.

Homeowner's Association Dues - HOA Dues are $330 per year, due by April 1st. Annual invoices are mailed out to all homeowners on January 31. Please check with the HOA board to determine if the property you're interested in is currently up to date with respect to annual dues.
Property Transaction Fee - There is a $300 property transaction fee for all home sales in The Cove. Checks can be made out to the following and simply reference the property address in the check memo line.

Covenants & By-Laws - Are available to all homeowners through this website. Please make sure that your client(s) sign up for membership on The Cove HOA website homepage once their closing is completed so that they can access these as well as many other items of interest to the neighborhood and surrounding area. We also do all of our primary communication(s) through the email & text features available through this site.
Rental Cap Notice - At this time, the community has reached its rental cap of 10%, and no additional rental properties are permitted. The Board will not approve any new rental requests until the number of rental properties falls below the established cap.
